Please include the following information in your complaint:
- The name, address, telephone number and email where you could be contacted.
- A description of the act or practice that caused your complaint, including all relevant facts.
It is our policy to respond to and resolve complaints as soon as possible but not later than 30 days from the date the complaint is received.
In the event a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction you may contact the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (“CFPB”), toll-free (855) 411-2372., or visit the CFPB’s Consumer Site at https://www.consumerfinance.gov/complaint/ or the relevant licensing entity for AFHL listed on: https://www.lariba.com/sitephp/license.php
