LARIBA CONCEPTS

Money is not a commodity. It also does not reproduce. It only grows when used in an economic activity. Money is man-made.

Wealth should be circulated within the community by investing it to help develop the community in order to create jobs and economic growth and prosperity.

LARIBA is usually confused with "Interest Free".

We believe that this is a narrow and inaccurate definition.

The LARIBA system of economics, finance and monetary theory is based on three important pillars :

Wealth and property (Assets) are God's properties.
Man (male/female) are appointed as its trustees and custodians.
The system of "Zakah" or "alms" giving.
The system of "Miraath" or inheritance.

We do not do the halal - LARIBA - financing justice by simply calling it interest free, because at the end of the day profits are to be made and rates are calculated and many may say so, "What is the difference?"

A LARIBA financial institution is that which operates without "Riba".

LARIBA financing requires that the LARIBA banker/financier knows what the applicant will use the money for and that it involves the exchange of assets/properties or the leasing of such.

This way money can be used to generate economic activities in the community.

LARIBA is not money lending, it is actual financing of a tangible.

THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION TO BUY,SELL, &/OR SOLICIT BUSINESS AND FINANCING

IT IS A PROGRESS REPORT ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMPANY.
